Terms of Service

1. Service Overview madu.ro mail service provides premium email hosting and subdomain services for an annual fee.

2. Fees and Renewals

• Standard Email: $20 USD/year. Includes one generated email address with a maximum 1GB mailbox.
• Subdomain (yourname.madu.ro): $50 USD/year. Includes a 5GB mailbox and one single-page website. The page may be uploaded by the user, forwarded to an existing URL, or generated — at the user's discretion. The single page may not exceed 1GB in size and may not contain more than 5 pictures and/or videos combined.

Additional storage beyond the included limits is available upon request.

Fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

3. User Conduct Users agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Distributing malware or illegal content.
• Engaging in activities that result in the blacklisting of our IP space.

4. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if:

• Payment is not received by the due date.
• The user violates Aruban law or these Terms of Service.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Aruba.
